I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Lastly, the rooms had a great view over Gerardmer, with a nice balcony to enjoy it from. a fantastic experience.

The view from the apartment was stunning and the location was great for exploring the surrounding area. the spacious apartment had ample space for our group and the on-site parking was a convenience we appreciated.

The apartment lacked some basic amenities. There was no WiFi, which was particularly frustrating during our Easter stay when we wanted to stay connected with family.

We had a fantastic stay with a cozy room equipped with all the necessary facilities for cooking, and we loved the warm and friendly staff. The view over the lake was stunning, and the location was perfect, close to the ski resort, and just a short walk away from the town center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, while parking was plentiful, and transportation was easy to access. We enjoyed the reasonable breakfast and appreciated the quiet and tranquil area, which made for a beautiful escape.

Spent Christmas here and the location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw from the ski slopes and with breathtaking views of the lake. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, with all the basic amenities we needed. The staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The Christmas dinner buffet was delicious and there was plenty of food to go around.

There were a few issues during our stay. The heating was inconsistent and we often found ourselves too cold or too hot, which was frustrating.
